REFUND
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing clear photographs of the product and packaging to info@luxeloft.co.in

Once approved, a store credit valid for 6 months will be issued. Claims made after 3 days will not be accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATION 
We reserve the right to accept or reject orders placed on our site. We strive to deliver the highest quality products to you.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. In the event of a cancellation, the full payment (100%) will be forfeited and treated as the cancellation fee for all cancellations. Kindly take note that our brand's policy does not include the provision of refunds.
